At Firefighters All Services, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our shuttle reservation service.
Information We Collect
To provide our shuttle service, we collect the following essential information during the booking process:
- Full Name: To identify you on our passenger manifest.
- Email Address: To send booking confirmations, real-time trip alerts, and important service updates.
- Contact Phone Number: As a primary method to contact you regarding urgent changes to your reservation or service.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your transportation service:
- Service Delivery: Your name and passenger count are used by our drivers to manage passenger boarding.
- Communication: We use your email to send a detailed booking confirmation and a notification when your shuttle is dispatched. We may use your phone number for urgent, time-sensitive communications on your travel day.
- System Functionality: Your email is used to verify your identity when you access your personal trip dashboard (`/mybooking`) or wish to modify your reservation.
Data Security and Storage
We take your data security seriously. All information is stored in a private, encrypted database on our secure server. Access to this information is strictly limited to authorized personnel for operational purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Live Location Tracking Feature
Our `mybooking` dashboard includes a feature to track your shuttle's location in real-time. This feature works as follows:
- Bus Location (GPS): We display the GPS location of the assigned bus, provided by our third-party GPS service (Satrack). We only share the bus's location, not your personal location.
- Your Location (Optional): To enhance your experience, the map on your dashboard may ask for permission to access your device's location. This is **completely optional**. If you grant permission, your location will be displayed on the map **only for you**, on your own device, to help you understand your position relative to the bus. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal location data at any time. This feature runs entirely within your browser.
Terms and Conditions
Firefighters All Services Inc. does NOT provide complimentary Transportation to or from Disney special events such as "Not so scary Halloween", "Mickey's very Merry Christmas Party" Etc.
Groups of 10 or more MAY NOT use the shuttle. Please consult Firefighters All Services Inc. for alternative options.
The shuttle Services departs promptly at scheduled times. Must be at the specified shuttle lane 10 minutes prior to the departure time. Please don't delay the departures of the Shuttle Services by inquiring to wait after the scheduled departure time.
Shuttle operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are limited, as the driver does NOT announce the departures at the lobby or any area of the hotel. Reservations are available for ADA guests with manual wheelchair or electronic wheelchair and must be made 24 hours in advance.
The shuttle buses have GPS tracking systems for accurate departure time. The courtesy Shuttle to Disney World is complementary and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, seating is not guaranteed.
Neither Firefighters All Services Inc. or the Hotel is to be held responsible for any missed pickups, or lost personal items. No reimbursement will be made for alternative transportation, or lost personal items, under any circumstances.
Due to heavy traffic or rain, the shuttle may have a possible delay of 15 to 25 minutes. We thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Luggage, mobility and recreational scooters or other large items are NOT allowed on the shuttle. Only single umbrella style strollers are allowed on the shuttle. No reimbursement for any missed pickups, hand bags or stroller, not accessible under any circumstances.
Smoking, food, and drinks are prohibited at all times.
Firefighters All Services Inc. reserves the right to adjust drop off locations to any alternative Disney World Parks for reasons including, but not limited to traffic, weather, road incidents, special events, etc., at the driver's direction. Guests have an option to transfer to the original destination via Disney's COMPLEMENTARY buses, Monorail, Skyline or Ferry boats. Pick up locations remain as scheduled.
Groups of 10 or more with the same traveling tour MAY NOT use the courtesy shuttle. Luggage, hand bags or strollers are not accessible under any circumstances.

Handicap services must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Motorized scooters and foldable wheelchairs are NOT eligible for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. A copy of a handicap health card will be required for scheduling a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Please note the wheelchair-accessible vehicle will depart ONLY at the time of regular scheduled departures of the bus and ONLY to Magic Kingdom.
Firefighters All Services Inc. reserves the right to refuse the services to anyone who disregards the rules and regulations of the shuttle services.
